The new iPhone 15 series is set to launch worldwide this Friday, on the 22nd, and tests have already begun to evaluate these new models. However, the initial results don’t look promising.
The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max appear to be more susceptible to damage from falls, according to tests conducted on the AppleTrack YouTube channel. The glass on the back seems to be more vulnerable. Some speculate that the highly praised titanium sides might be responsible for this fragility. While the aluminum sides on regular models can show signs of damage from falls, the use of titanium seems to amplify the impact, affecting both the back and front glass. If you’ve already purchased the iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max, it might be wise to consider getting a protective case. You can watch the full video on the AppleTrack channel.
